TextReader operation

Work with opened document

You may carry out navigation with the help of cursor. Keys LEFT/UP allows to transfer to the previous page and keys RIGHT/DOWN allows to transfer to the next page.

Bookmarks. You may add bookmark to current page, choose menu item "Menu->Text->Bookmark->Add". page with bookmark will have specific mark in status pane.

If you close the curent document or finish the program, information about bookmarks will be preserved.

Bookmarks for current document are displayed in bookmarks dialog (menu item "Menu->Text->Bookmark->Show").

Number of page and text will be displayed in dialog. Selected or all bookmarks can be removed by means of pressing keys "Del" and "All". To transfer to selected bookmark press the key "Go" . All changes will be preserved if pressing the key "OK" and exit from bookmarks dialog is carried out. While pressing "Cancel", exit from bookmarks dialog is carried out, but all changes will not be preserved.

Text searching. You may start text searching dialog by means of menu item "Menu->Text->Find->First".

Text searching will be carried out with the beginning of the file. In searching dialog you may enter text and also choose searching mode (sensitivity to register of symbols). If the text is found it would be illustrated in color inverse to the background color.

To find another text choose menu item "Menu->Text->Find->Next".

Mark about reading. Document shall be marked as read. To mark document as read choose menu item "Menu->Text->Mark->Read", unread - "Menu->Text->Mark->Unread". Document marked as read will have a specific mark in status pane or alternative icon in opening document dialog.

Transfer to random page. You may transfer to random page if choose menu point "Menu->Text->Go to" .

Number of pages shall vary from 1 till the total number of pages in document. After pressing the key "OK" the program TextReader will transfer to the indicated page.

Filter HTML/XML. Before reading documents in HTML/XML format save file from unnecessary tags by means of menu item "Menu->Text->No HTML".
