How to use Teller version 2.1

Voice reading settings

For reading voice settings choose menu item “Settings->Voice”:

To activate voice reading system mark point “Enable Text-To-Speech”. To deactivate - cancel marking.

Attention: voice reading will not be activated if at least one voice is not installed in your mobile device.

Attention: after voice reading activation or voice change and exit of settings dialog some time will be required for voice change download. Dowload procedure will be displayed by means of "clock cursor".

You can choose suitable voice in the voices list. To test the selected voice choose menu item “Test”. Teller will read out default text (For Russian language it will be "Text for preliminary listening", and for English - "This text is provided for test purposes.").

You can also choose suitable speed, pitch and voice volume. Choose settings “Rate” – voice speed (speed is changed from -10 till +10; -10 corresponds to maximum deceleration, +10 – maximum acceleration, 0 – standard speed), “Pitch” – voice pitch (pitch is changed from -10 till +10; 0 correspondes to standard pitch) and “Volume” – voice volume (volume is changed from 0 till +10; 0 correspondes to silence, 10 – maximum volume). All settings can be tested in dialog by choosing menu item “Test”.

Attention: Teller version 2.1 suports voices of previous versions (starting from version 1.0), however speed and pitch settings can not be available for old voice versions.
