Sakrament Teller MS Smartphone Edition 2.1 HELP

Installation

For correct operation of software complex it is obligatory to install:

  1. Speech synthesis system Sakrament TTS Engine – set of delivery, point 1
  2. One of language packages (Russian or English, or both together) – set of delivery, point 2
  3. At least one voice for each installed language (ATTENTION: on each mobile set only one version of each voice can be installed)– set of delivery, point 3
  4. Sofware Teller – set of delivery, point 4

All components can be installed in any order. During installation procedure for Teller you have to input serial number (directly on mobile set). Please, enter serial number in accordance with you set of delivery.

Attention: after printing of serial number, please, check it once more because it will be tested only on first start of Teller. If serial number is input uncorrect, please, repeat installation and input correct number.

 

Installation example

Set of delivery:

  1. Speech synthesis system "Sakrament TTS Engine.exe"
  2. Language package for Russian "Sakrament Russian Language.exe"
  3. Russian voice with maximum quality "Sakrament Voice(Irina)-22KHz.exe"
  4. Software “Teller2.exe”
  5. User manual
  6. Licensing agreement

Installation activity:

  1. Setup specific software to connect PC with your mobile device (please, see set of delivery of your mobile device). Software for MS Smartphone (Windows Mobile 2002-2003) you can download here – http://download.microsoft.com
  1. Connect your mobile unit to PC using cable, IR-port or BlueTooth-module, as shown in User manual of your mobile device
  1. Establish connection between your mobile device and PC, as shown in User manual of your mobile deevice. An example of established link for MS Smartphone of mobile devices and and MS ActiveSync is shown at the picture:

  1. In order to set up speech synthesis system, please, start "Sakrament TTS Engine.exe". Installation master will appear. At first step total information about module will be proposed. Then press "Next".

At next step you will be proposed licensing agreement. If you agree choose “I accept the terms in the license agreement”. If you disagree choose “I do not accept the terms in the license agreement”. If you disagree with licensing agreement the future installation will be impossible. Press “Finish”.

 

Then you have to choose path to install "Sakrament TTS Engine.exe".

 

Press “Yes” if you agree to install software to default folder (usually it is “\Program Files” in main memory of your mobile devicet). If installation to this folder is impossible (lack of free space) press “No”. Then choose new place for installation.

 

You can choose one of values from the list (for example, “Storage Card” in order to install to additional storage card) and then press “OK”.

After installation is finished the following window will appear:

 

Press “OK” to finish installation of "Sakrament TTS Engine.exe".

  1. In order to install Russian language package start "Sakrament Russian Language.exe". Fulfill the same stages like installing "Sakrament TTS Engine.exe" (information about language package - first step, license agreement - second step, place selection for software installation - third step).
  1. In order to install Russian voice start file "Sakrament Voice(Irina)-22KHz.exe". Installation procedure is similar to installation of "Sakrament TTS Engine.exe" (see point 4). Follow the above mentioned proccedure to the very end.

    ATTENTION: before installing voice please check available space on your mobile device because voice file are big enougth – up to 3 Ìb (depending on sample frequency and file compress rate).

  2. In order to install Teller start “Teller2.exe”. Installation procedure is similar to installation of "Sakrament Russian Language.exe" (see point 5).

    After installation from PC is finished system will start installation of "Teller2.exe" to your mobile device. In the beginning of installation you will be proposed to input serial number in your mobile device.

Please, Input serial number very carefully. Before pressing “OK” check serial number once more.

ATTENTION: during input, please, draw your attention to symbol register – capital letters have to be capital in serial number. All symbols of serial number have to be printed including dash.

ATTENTION: serial number will be checked only on first start of “Sakrament Teller MS Smartphone Edition” in text-to-speech mode. To print correct number, please, install the appropriate package again.

After “OK” button is pressed installation will be finished.

  1. The installation of software “Sakrament Teller MS Smartphone Edition” is finished.
