How to input and read arbitrary text

It is possible to input an arbitrary text and read out it by current voice. To enter text call-in dialog choosing menu item “Speech->User”:

To read out an arbitrary text by current voice, please, press button “Speak” or button “OK” in upper right corner of screen. To cancel action press “Cancel”.
