How to use Teller version 2.1

Voice reading settings

To open voice settings choose bookmark “Voice”:

In order to activate voice reading, mark point “Enable Text-To-Speech”. To deactivate voice reading cancel marking.

Attention: voice reading shalll not be activated , if at least one voice is not settled in your mobile device.

Attention: some time will be required for voice loading after activating of voice reading, voice changing or closing of setting dialog. Loading will be displayed by means of "clock" cursor .

You may choose the most suitable voice in pulldown. To test the selected voice, press “Test”. Teller will read out text located on the left of the button “Test”. While choosing voices, Teller automatically selects language and display text for testing in entry field in the appropriate language. You may enter your own text in order to test the voice, however it willl be changed for default text if choosing another voice.

You may choose the most suitable rate, pitch and volume. Choose settings “Rate” – voice rate (rate can be changed from -10 till +10; -10 correspondes to maximum deceleration, +10 – maximum acceleration, 0 – standard rate), “Pitch” – voice pitch (pitch can be changed from -10 till +10; 0 correspondes to standard pitch) and “Volume” – voice volume (volume can be changed fromт 0 till +10; 0 correspondes to silence, 10 – maximum volume). All settings can be tested in dialog, to start press “Test”.

Attention: Teller version 2.1 supports voices of previous versions (starting from version 1.0), however rate, volume and pitch settings can not be available for previous versions.
